Is this for you?
If you’re dealing with…
-
Meltdowns, shutdowns, anxiety or constant overwhelm
-
Morning battles, bedtime chaos, and routines that never stick
-
Lack of Co-operation, “nothing works,” or feeling like you’re always firefighting
-
Sibling conflict and family tension
-
School stress, tricky conversations with teachers, or not knowing what to ask for
-
Difficulty enforcing boundaries, following through on consequences, knowing appropriate consequences, and understanding the difference between punishments and natural consequences
-
Feeling exhausted, guilty, confused — and judged by everyone around you
-
Wondering where to go after a diagnosis, how to make sense of assessment reports
…you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

What I specialise in
Many of the families I support have children with neurodivergent families such as:
ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive-impulsive, or combined presentations), Autism, AuDHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder (formerly Dyspraxia), Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia.
My work is best suited to families where children can engage in everyday conversation and where parents want practical strategies they can use straight away.
If your child has complex needs and requires highly specialist support, I’m happy to talk things through — and may recommend additional specialist services.

Emotional Wellbeing First
Plan your future with clear guidance that shows what you’ll need and how to get there. Because without emotional safety and regulation, nothing else has solid foundations.

Practical Strategies You Can Use Immediately
Real tools for real life — not theory you’ll never have time to implement.

School Insight, Explained in Parent Language
I’m currently working in a school, so I understand how schools operate and how to communicate in a way that gets better outcomes for your child — without turning you into a legal expert.

How It Works
"The school side of things became so much clearer. I felt more confident and calmer in meetings."
