I’m Victoria, a parent coach, qualified teacher, a Neurodivergent Specialist, and a mum who has been there.
I’m not interested in “perfect parenting.” I’m interested in real families, real life, and practical support that helps everyone breathe again. Parents often tell me they feel safe with me because I understand the pressure, the worry, the exhaustion... and the love underneath it all.
What I believe
Emotional wellbeing comes first for children and parents.
Behaviour is
communication.
Neurodivergent children aren’t broken; they’re often overwhelmed.
Parents don’t need more judgement; they need clarity and support.
Small consistent shifts create big long-term change.

My Professional Background
I trained in psychology and later qualified as a teacher (PGCE). I also trained as a parent coach with The Parent Practice and continue to build my knowledge through ongoing professional development, particularly in neurodivergent profiles and practical family support.
Alongside my coaching, I currently work in a Special Educational Needs department in a small independent pre-prep and prep school in Surrey. My role includes screening children, running intervention groups, supporting 1:1 learning needs, and working as an ELSA supporting emotional wellbeing.
(And in a previous life, I worked in advertising, which taught me a lot about human behaviour, communication, and what actually motivates change.)

Additional experience I’m proud of
Over the years I’ve also volunteered in settings where families are under huge pressure, including children’s hospitals (including Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children & Evelina London Children's Hospital), prison visiting centres (including HMP Wandsworth) and parenting group programmes. I’ve sat on an appeals panel hearing cases around school placement and exclusion, which gave me a deeper understanding of how emotional and complex school situations can be for families.

What it’s like to work with me
Warm, calm, practical, and honest. I’ll listen carefully, and I’ll also help you translate insight into action, so you leave sessions with real steps you can use straight away.
